This is an original Itzchak Tarkay watercolor titled “Afternoon Tea,” very nicely framed. The actual size of the watercolor is 12″ x 18″, and the full frame measures 22″ x 28″. While there is no certificate of authenticity, two Tarkay collectors have reviewed and approved it. We accept returns (minus shipping and a restocking fee).
